- Richard Lonetto, Ph.D., President and Director. Mr. Lonetto is the founder of BPE, and its majority shareholder. Dr. Lonetto is a founding commissioner of the Commission on North American Prosperity.
- Mark Korol, CFA, CPA, Director, Mr. Korol is a founding member of BPE. Mr. Korol has served as CFO with 2 major Canadian public companies, Zenon Environmental and CDI Education Corporation. He currently serves as CFO of a major international food producer and distributor.
- Kazumi Nishimura, Vice President and Director. Mr. Nisimura has over 40 years experience in operations, quality control and production.
